Our Board of Directors

Mission Statement
Each One for US All dedicates itself to aid victims of natural disasters within the United States. We provide funding to all without prejudice to race, religion, creed, or economic state. We are further dedicated to the research and advancement of disaster prevention and will invest in solutions to prevent their reoccurrence. Our operations will be funded in accordance with the Theory of One.

Approach
We strive to help victims of natural disasters through funding for relief, and we will supply immediate access to grants to cover the costs of basic human needs, including food, shelter, and safety. We will also make available equipment and an ad hoc workforce to lessen the short-term effects of natural disasters.

We further pledge to continue our efforts after the tragedy, and to provide funding for education and prevention.

Founder & CEO
Dan Decker
Dan Decker started Each One for US All after living through a series of natural disasters in his hometown of Yardley, Pennsylvania. Three times in an 18-month period, floods devastated his home, along with those of many others. Despite preexisting plans for a preventive floodwall (plans that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers would not act on due to funding constraints). Dan was moved to action. Further research confirmed the need for an entity to provide supplemental support; Dan believes that by providing that support for basic human needs and research into preventative measures, Each One for US All will save lives in the future and shorten the time between disaster events and eventual recovery.

Over the past 16 years, Dan has worked as a business-to-business account executive, director of sales and marketing, and small business owner. He is currently leveraging the skills acquired through years of successful selling to motivate others to benefit a bigger, better cause.
